Our Thanksgiving Menu

It is hard to believe that Thanksgiving is next week, but I’m starting to get excited!!
Mark’s parents will be cooking many of the traditional Thanksgiving components – the turkey, stuffing, and mashed potatoes (just to name a few!). It works out well for me because I can try out different recipes and make whatever I want.
It’s just a short drive to my in-law’s house, but I tried to select recipes that I thought would travel well, would not need to take up oven space in a crowded kitchen, and would be super delicious (most importantly!).
Here is what I’m making this year…enjoy!
Fig Jam and Goat Cheese Crostinis
Roasted Carrot and Red Quinoa Salad
Slow Cooker Butternut Squash with Apples
