February Challenges

It’s hard to believe that tomorrow is February!
I actually love February – it’s my birthday month, Mark’s birthday month, and Valentine’s Day.. what’s not to love?
As if that’s not enough to squeeze into a short month, I am going to take on a few challenges – a blogging challenge and a Fab Ab February Challenge. I am continuing with the Fitfluential DietBet and my final weigh in is on February 18th. Lots to keep my busy and motivated through this winter weather.
Katy Widrick is hosting a 28-Day Blog challenge. Since I just started my blog a few months ago, this seems like a great opportunity to improve my blog. Katie lists out 28 suggestions for changes that can be made and I am planning on putting together my list this weekend.
I am really excited about connecting with other bloggers and making improvements to my blog. If you have a blog or are interested in starting a blog, check out the challenge!
Fab Ab February is a great way for me to focus on some core work. It consists of push ups, sit ups, and planks that increase in repetitions or duration throughout the month. This will definitely be a challenge for me, but I am hoping to stick with it!
Finally, as I’ve mentioned before, I am participating in the Fitfluential DietBet game. I have had a bit of a slow start, but have been tracking my calories with MyFitnessPal which I think will help me to reach my goals.
Alright, so like I said – there are a lot of things going on in February! Phew… I hope I can make it! I am really looking forward to challenging myself to learn, grow, and reach my goals.
